Design and Development

The CEO in charge of managing the development portion of the company developed the Dentalfone websites and did all of the coding. Each of the designers undergoes training to learn how to maneuver the coding and make the necessary changes, so it is important for the designers to be technologically savvy. The software and programs undergo constant improvement, so the designers often have to learn new techniques and skills, requiring them to be fast learners.

Troubleshooting

If designers encounter a problem that they cannot fix, they contact the aforementioned CEO who also has a programmer on board. They help the designers troubleshoot and, if necessary, tackle the issue themselves until it is resolved.
