After the initial design is sent to the client, the designer awaits feedback. The purpose of the revisions period is to allow time for the designer to get to know the client and make sure the app represents the unique practice. The client will respond with requests for changes to be made, and the designer completes those changes in a timely manner and requests further feedback from the client. This process continues until the client is satisfied with the product.
